Whoa that's an interesting concept I never played with, and tended to tweak my situation, I had a buddy who was really quite good at setting these scenario's up and he would typically throw something where like 30 or 40 "visitors" show up for a colony with 12 or 15 colonists, so a corral concept helps any which way you want, but I still think corralling the landing pads into 2 or 3 segments works best, especially if (like I do) I arm the colonists and forego the notion of security guards altogether, because colonial overhead is a bitch and all these guys are doing is using O2 and eating food that could be used otherwise.
